Terms and Conditions
- All quoted jobs will have an expiry date, if the job is not accepted within this date the quote will need to be re-visited
- Entire property solutions are covered by a $1million liability insurance policy
- All invoices must be settled by the invoice due date or if otherwise agreed
- Residential 5 days from invoice date
- Business 20th month following invoice date
Entire Property solutions are committed to providing the best possible garden maintenance experience for our customers, however please note the following points:
- Entire property solutions have 100% safety first policy, ensuring clients and our staff understand and adhere to our safety regulations as deemed necessary on a job by job basis.
- We endeavour to attend on set days however due to unforeseen circumstances cannot guarantee a specific time. If there are times that we must not visit, please inform us so we can insure we have vacated the site.
- If access through or from a neighbouring property is required to carry out specific tasks, permission must be sought, in writing, from the property owner or tenant before commencement of work.
- If a property is further than a 10km Radius of our Halswell yard there may be a travel time charge, or part thereof. This charge will be assessed depending on the particular job at hand and the amount of visits needed.
- We cannot engage in any work that requires us to climb higher than the ladders we carry for tasks performed at height. Any higher work will need to be discussed and can be sub contracted out or we will provide our recommendations for you to call in the necessary contractor for the job.
- Poor weather conditions may sometimes result in delayed visits. We will always endeavour to contact the client to re schedule or with regular clients generally at the next available cycle day.
- Entire property solutions may use images of jobs completed to promote business on the internet or other forms of advertising. If you object to this then please let us know.
- Loud machinery is sometimes used to carry out maintenance work. Please inform us in advance if there is a time that this will cause problems for you.
- Sometimes we will be using controlled chemicals to kill undesirables in the lawn and garden areas. These operations are performed by or under supervision of an approved handler. If you have any concerns about the products being used or wish to not have chemicals or selective herbicides applied on your property please inform us as we can be 100% organic in our approach for you.
- Our team are trained to assess and plan the work to provide optimum long term effectiveness and a quality job. Sometimes if a garden or plant has been neglected or suffered heat stress it may take a number of visits to remedy the situation and bring the garden back to a high standard of care. We will always inform the client if a particular area is “too far gone” or if we have our doubts on its recovery- this way we can discuss immediate replacement or remedial work to correct the issue at hand.

- All materials and plants installed will remain property of Entire Property solutions LTD until account is settled in full.
- No waste or rubbish other than the material produced as a result of our work will be removed unless agreed.
- Any issues during or after site work concerning our standards or company policies must be brought to our attention immediately. We will endeavour to rectify any issue as soon as possible.
